OMEN — Returns and Refunds Policy
ATTENTION: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
To do so, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must contain all appropriate accessories and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as the product.
- There is evidence of only normal use of the product. Damage caused by negligence during use is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is important have been carefully cleaned before the return process.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer. The return will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the refund will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returned products if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

Ensure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of breakage/damage)
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's shipping address
We will respond with the correct return address. Never send the return to the sender address on the package. We will provide you with the correct address after your request. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided they are a natural person concluding a transaction for purposes not related to their main commercial or professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the last product.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. For this reason, we cannot interrupt the shipment before delivery, and no refund will be issued before the receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform OMEN of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., via email). The withdrawal is considered effective from the moment we receive the products. The costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer.
Orders in Transit
As our products are shipped from our fulfillment centers, transit delays may occur over which we have no control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for the receipt of the product to proceed with the return. You may, however, inform us in advance of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To ensure a faster refund, we request that you send us a proof of return shipping.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments made by you, excluding delivery costs (and including any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of withdrawal and the returned products.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR DESIGNATED RETURN WAREHOUSE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. THE CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED BY OUR OMEN CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM UPON INITIATING A RETURN REQUEST.
