Return/Exchange

RETURN POLICY:

Please contact us via email at info@shopomen.com before returning or exchanging items.

KIIKIO offers a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.

If the customer receives a damaged product, we will directly provide $15 as a return shipping fee.
If the return is due to incorrect sizing or unwanted items, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
If the return is for non-quality-related reasons, the return shipping cost will also be the responsibility of the customer.
